Rinehart loses latest round in royalties fight

Gina Rinehart’s Hancock Prospecting has lost the latest round in a bitter legal dispute with Wright Prospecting over billions of dollars in iron ore royalties from mines operated by Rio Tinto.
A court ruling on Wednesday paves the way for a long-waited trial next year over the immense royalties that flow from the Hope Downs mines in Western Australia’s Pilbara region.
