Mineral Resources lawyers have altered a gag order slapped on a former executive so that board directors can obtain independent legal advice and regulators can access previously confidential documents.
The documents relate to a bitterly fought case involving MinRes’ billionaire founder Chris Ellison and the company’s former procurement officer Steven Pigozzo, which was settled earlier this year. Before he was sacked in 2022, Mr Pigozzo had warned the company there had been misconduct.
