Miner loses legal privilege over PwC’s ‘fake coal’ probe

Terracom has lost legal privilege over a PwC forensic probe into allegations of fake coal testing, after the miner told investors the internal investigation had exonerated executives.
The Federal Court ruling on Friday means, subject to appeal, the corporate regulator will be able to review the PwC report commissioned for Terracom.
