The corporate regulator has looked to seize documents from construction veteran Wal King amid a probe into fake coal-testing allegations at miner TerraCom, according to court records.

Queensland-based TerraCom is also trying to legally prevent the Australian Securities and Investments Commission from inspecting documents taken in the probe, citing legal professional privilege.
