The fiery commercial history between Clive Palmer's Mineralogy and China's Citic Pacific has not deterred BC Iron from acquiring Pilbara mining tenements from Mineralogy under an agreement that includes ongoing royalty payments.
Citic and Mineralogy have been at loggerheads for four years over how to calculate a royalty payment, linked to the value of the mine's output, for the Sino Iron project Citic acquired as tenements from Mineralogy in 2006.
