Fortescue wants to redact sexual harassment case records

Andrew Forrest’s Fortescue Metals Group has bowed to pressure and agreed to hand over documents related to 34 cases of alleged sexual harassment to the work safety regulator in Western Australia, but will block out the names of complainants and workers accused of the harassment.

Fortescue said it would hand over the documents with the names of its workers redacted, but there was no guarantee the move would satisfy Workforce WA and result in the regulator dropping charges against the iron ore producer.
