Fortescue faces 34 charges over sexual harassment documents

Andrew Forrest’s Fortescue Metals Group has been charged with failing to supply work safety authorities with documents relating to 34 cases of alleged sexual harassment on company mine sites.
WorkSafe WA said on Wednesday that it had started prosecution action against the iron ore miner, which is facing fines of almost $2 million if found guilty of all charges.
