Antony Catalano and James Warburton have buried the hatchet, with Seven West Media to invest in the regional media mogul’s digital property and advertising play.
Seven is investing cash and media services into a newly formed View Media Group. VMG will house a 72 per cent stake in Real Estate View, minority investments in AI and data business Propic and utilities comparison business Beevo.
