Former Silverchair frontman Daniel Johns is suing The Sunday Telegraph for defamation over a story which alleged he was a frequent visitor to a notorious brothel which specialises in bondage, sadomasochism, "brown showers" and "adult babies".

The ARIA award winning artist stated he has never been to a Chippendale brothel called The Kastle and he didn't know of its existence until he read the story on August 11 in News Corp's Sydney tabloid.
