Antony Catalano's confidential plan to "attack" his former employer Domain using his regional publishing portfolio with News Corp, REA Group and Seven West Media has been rebuffed by the Murdoch and Stokes-controlled companies.

But, the former Domain chief executive is pressing on with a Plan B push into real estate classifieds.
