Ben Fordham maintains radio's crown after Alan Jones' departure

Ben Fordham has held 2GB's crown as the most listened to breakfast show on Sydney radio, after former rainmaker Alan Jones retired in late May.

Fordham pulled an audience share of 17.3 per cent, just 0.6 of a percentage point behind Jones' last radio survey result. The result puts Fordham well ahead of ABC combo Wendy Harmer and Robbie Buck, who came in second with a 12.5 per cent share, up 1.6 percentage points – the biggest rise among Sydney breakfast radio.
