APN Outdoor has made a bid for Here, There & Everywhere's out-of-home advertising business Adshel, besting rival oOh!media's $470 million offer.
The company confirmed it had submitted an offer for 100 per cent of Adshel, after it was revealed by The Australian Financial Review on Monday night.
