The a2 Milk Company may face a second class action claim after Shine Lawyers launched an investigation on behalf of investors who bought shares between August 19, 2020, and May 7, 2021.

Law firm Slater and Gordon has already filed a class action against the dual-listed company on behalf of investors who bought shares over that nine-month period during which the infant-formula maker posted four earnings downgrades and the shares plunged 62 per cent.
