Australia’s biggest airport will be delisted from the Australian Securities Exchange next week if a $23.6 billion takeover bid for Sydney Airport is approved by investors on Thursday.

An online meeting will be held at 11am for shareholders to cast votes on the sale of the nation’s only listed airport.
