Seven Group says talk of Cleanaway buyout ‘completely untrue’

Seven Group says speculation that it is considering a potential buyout of Australia’s largest waste management group, Cleanaway, is “completely untrue”.

Cleanaway shares climbed 15.8 per cent to $3.01 on Tuesday, its highest close in almost two years after Bloomberg reported Seven had been seeking financing for a takeover.
