Former Leighton Holdings executives Wal King, David Stewart and Bill Wild are expected to be cross-examined in court if a trial for a class action lawsuit related to foreign bribery allegations finally gets underway later this year.
The trial for the lawsuit brought by Maurice Blackburn was filed in the Federal Court in November 2016 and was due to start on March 25 and last about three weeks.
