Call centre and chatbot group Probe CX eyes global stage

Customer contact centre and digital chatbot company Probe CX, which has just been sold for $1.1 billion to private equity group KKR, wants to become a global heavyweight as some of its blue-chip customers including Afterpay expand aggressively around the world.

Probe CX chief executive Andrew Hume also says that 98 per cent of the company’s 15,500 workforce are now working from home after a rapid shift early in the pandemic, and the operations are running seamlessly.
