Bingo’s alleged price fixing partner Aussie Skips charged

Sydney waste company Aussie Skips has been charged with two criminal cartel offences related to price fixing in the building demolition waste industry in 2019, months after larger group Bingo Industries and its chief executive pleaded guilty over the alleged cartel.

The chief executive of Aussie Skips, Emmanuel Roussakis, has also been charged with one criminal cartel offence for his involvement in the alleged conduct.
