Atlas Arteria boss bullish on Chicago Skyway as net profits rise 47pc
Atlas Arteria boss Graeme Bevans says the US does not appear to be heading into recession after returning from Chicago to check out the company’s new $3 billion acquisition, the Chicago Skyway.
“It’s certainly not a recessionary environment,” Mr Bevans told The Australian Financial Review after Atlas Arteria delivered a 47 per cent jump in full-year net profit to $241 million. “Business confidence is high, employee confidence is high.”
