Vanessa Wallace is poised to take over as chairman of hemp company Ecofibre from long-time backer Barry Lambert, who plans to step down at this year’s annual meeting.
Ms Wallace, a director of Wesfarmers and Seek, will join the Ecofibre board as deputy chairman, effective July 1.
