Monash IVF CEO resigns after second embryo mix-up

Monash IVF chief executive Michael Knaap has quit after the embattled fertility company this week admitted to its second embryo mix-up in just three months.

The company told investors on Thursday that the board had accepted Knaap’s resignation and appointed chief financial officer and company secretary Malik Jainudeen as acting CEO.
