Mayne Pharma Group has been hit with an investor class action lodged in the Supreme Court of Victoria alleging misleading or deceptive conduct and breaches of continuous disclosure obligations over alleged anti-competitive conduct in the United States.

The class action was brought by Phi Finney McDonald on behalf of investors who acquired an interest in the shares of the Adelaide-based company, and/or American depositary receipts that represent Mayne shares, between November 24, 2014, and December 15, 2016.
