Liverpool Partners, a private equity firm with an “impact investing” arm, says the pool of capital from socially conscious investors is growing, as wealthy Australians seek opportunities that combine profit-making with doing good for society.
Liverpool Partners has two impact investing strategies, disability housing and Australian equities. The firm’s managing partner, Jonathan Lim, oversees the Inspire Impact Property Fund III, which has plans to invest in disability housing across 60 environmentally friendly homes.
