Tabcorp set for $100m World Cup, boosted by Sky coverage

Wagering giant Tabcorp could reap betting turnover of more than $100 million from the upcoming football World Cup, boosted by broadcasting all matches on its Sky Racing channels.
The World Cup, to be hosted by Russia, is traditionally one of the biggest events for all bookmakers every four years but Tabcorp believes it has an edge on its rivals from a unique broadcasting deal.
