Paula Dwyer safe despite big Tabcorp protest vote

Gaming and wagering group Tabcorp chairman Paula Dwyer received a 34.65 per cent vote against her re-election, amid investor fears the group isn't delivering the benefits from its Tatts Group merger fast enough.

While there were sizeable protest votes against most resolutions on remuneration and the re-election of Ms Dwyer and Justin Milne, Tabcorp headed off the prospect of a board spill which would have been required had votes cast for the remuneration report fallen short of 75 per cent.
