Two Crown Resorts directors have cast doubt on whether Crown Melbourne boss Xavier Walsh is up to the task of reforming the casino giant’s flagship Southbank casino, just a day after the company’s CEO warned that more heads may roll as part of the casino giant’s overhaul.

Their testimony before the Victorian royal commission into Crown came amid suggestions from Commissioner Ray Finkelstein, QC, that Crown Resorts’ move to centralise decision-making for its Melbourne casino may be inappropriate and even illegal.
