Fresh round in legal battle divides Rinehart and eldest children

The latest round in the long-running dispute between Gina Rinehart's Hancock Prospecting and Wright Prospecting over billions of dollars in iron ore royalties has kicked off in Western Australia's Supreme Court.
More than a dozen lawyers gathered in the WA Supreme Court on Wednesday in what represents another twist in proceedings launched by Wright Prospecting and in 2012.
