Companies owned by billionaire businessman Anthony Pratt as well as waste management group Cleanaway, Coles’ liquor operations and concrete supplier Holcim still offer supply chain finance schemes and take longer than 30 days to pay suppliers, a new register has revealed.
The Commonwealth’s Payment Times Reports Register, which shows how fast large companies and government agencies pay suppliers, became public on Tuesday, allowing small businesses to find out information about payment practices before signing contracts.
