An international crackdown on disclosure of supply chain finance schemes is gathering steam after the US accounting regulator said companies needed to disclose more information from mid-December.
Regulators around the world have been scrutinising whether to require companies to explain whether they are using supply chain finance to manage cash flows amid a series of high-profile collapses by groups that used or offered the schemes.
