Two Westpac directors leave after just three years on coveted board

The two directors chairing Westpac’s risk and remuneration committees are stepping down after just one term – a relatively short tenure on one of the most coveted boards in the country.
Nora Scheinkestel, who chairs the bank’s remuneration committee and sat on the risk committee, was resigning immediately, the bank told investors on Wednesday morning.
