Steadfast employees under investigation for potential insider trading

Two employees of ASX-listed insurance broker Steadfast Group are being investigated by the corporate regulator for potential insider trading.

Steadfast disclosed on Friday it had received requests from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission to produce documents, in a statement issued to the market. The company said the information sought relates “to the trading by two Steadfast employees in Steadfast securities between August 30 and September 2, 2024”.
