Fallen Australian financial wizard Lex Greensill hid details of related-party deals and phantom customers when securing insurance for some of his firm’s biggest clients, his firm’s insurance agency claims.
In Federal Court filings, the Sydney-based insurance agency of Mr Greensill’s collapsed firm, Greensill Capital, alleged the group did not disclose pertinent regulatory concerns and exorbitant fees.
