Platinum Asset Management believes its fund flows will suffer while its performance is soft, as the global value manager struggles to match the returns achieved by the growth-dominated market.

Only one of Platinum's eight most prominent funds outperformed their benchmark in 2018-19; five of the eight underperformed by more than 10 per cent.
