London | Almost six years on from the Brexit referendum, National Australia Bank has finally opened the doors of its continental European branch, and predicts the new Paris office will soon dominate its London big brother in areas such as infrastructure and renewable energy finance.
NAB’s post-Brexit move may have lagged that of the other Australian banks, but its European office is surely the fanciest: the 500 square metre pad in Paris’ swanky second arrondissement is a mere stone’s throw from Place de la Concorde and the Champs-Élysée.
