JPMorgan’s Rob Priestley disputes sections of his witness statements
Rob Priestley, chairman of JPMorgan Australia, the investment bank receiving immunity for helping the competition regulator build a criminal cartel case against other top banks, disputed sections of his witness statements in the Federal Court yesterday.
Mr Priestley’s appearance in preliminary proceedings ahead of an expected trial early next year brought into sharp focus the impact on reputations and relationships across Australian investment banking.
