Impact investing is on the rise as Liverpool Partners reaches its first close with $350 million in capital for its new Impact Multi Strategy Fund, which will invest in unlisted assets such as private equity, venture capital, infrastructure and renewables.

Australia’s nascent impact investing sector, now valued at just $29 billion, is slowly growing as high-profile names such as Mike and Annie Cannon-Brookes and the Albert family support the space and bring a needed spotlight.
