Foreign exchange firm OFX buys Canada’s Firma

Sydney-headquartered OFX, which provides foreign exchange services to small-medium businesses and other clients, has paid $C90 million ($98 million) to buy Canadian peer Firma Exchange Corporation.

The acquisition is OFX’s first major inorganic play and is worth five years of organic growth, according to the company.
