An investment firm that scoops up stakes in asset managers is edging closer to its second deal to follow up a maiden transaction in February.
Scarcity Partners, run by ex-Pinnacle executives, is in discussions with Dinimus Credit Fund to acquire a minority stake in the debt provider, the latest effort to latch onto the private credit craze that has morphed into a near $200 billion industry in Australia alone.
