CBA threatens to cut bonuses in return-to-office push

Commonwealth Bank has threatened to cut bonuses and discipline workers if they repeatedly break the company’s return-to-the-office rules.

In an email to staff overnight, CBA said it will review office attendance monthly, with persistent rule-breakers getting two written warnings before the bank takes further action.
