ASIC takes NAB to court over account fees

The corporate regulator is taking action against National Australia Bank, alleging unconscionable conduct and misrepresentation of account fees in charging customers a total of $365,454 to which it wasn’t entitled.
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission lodged against NAB in the Queensland arm of the Federal Court of Australia on Wednesday afternoon.
