ANZ chief executive Nuno Matos is insisting staff keep presentations to no more than five pages to show “respect for everyone’s time” as he shakes up the culture months into his tenure in the bank’s top job.
In a company-wide email sent last week, Matos said he wanted to set out two “simple changes”, including that presentations be restricted to a maximum of five pages because “limiting the number of pages helps ensure messages are focused … plus it shows respect for everyone’s time”.
