Sundance Energy is looking to raise as much as $63 million to accelerate development at its Eagle Ford Shale play in southern Texas, according to a term-sheet obtained by Street Talk.

The oil and gas junior is placing 56 million shares with institutional investors at 86¢ a share to net $48.1 million. This will be followed by a share purchase plan to raise up to $15 million.
