Mike Cannon-Brookes’ only equity partner in the $40 billion SunCable solar export project to Singapore has left the board of the development company for the venture in the middle of critical fundraising efforts.
The departure of two senior representatives of Quinbrook Infrastructure from the board of SunCable Development Services comes amid doubts in the market about the viability of the ambitious project that was once jointly owned by Cannon-Brookes and fellow billionaire Andrew Forrest.
