New Energy Solar sells Mt Signal stake to related fund

New Energy Solar, the Evans Dixon-operated clean energy fund, has sold a 50 per cent stake in its Mount Signal 2 solar plant to the group's own London-listed US Solar Fund.

The two related buyers struck a deal for a total price of between $US44 million ($57 million) and $US46 million, which the company said was consistent with the audited net asset value of the Southern Californian plant of $US89.5 million.
