Horizon Oil is refusing to release an internal report that it claims clears the company of breaching foreign bribery laws, saying the document is subject to legal privilege.
Chairman Mike Harding released a statement to the stock exchange on Tuesday saying the internal investigation had concluded, but he would not say if the report would be handed to the corporate regulator.
