Every three months, in a small, locked room above a factory in Trinidad, three company executives mix the secret ingredients that go to make Angostura's aromatic bitters.

These executives are three of only four people who know the recipe for the 165-year-old mixer. If they die or become physically incapable of mixing the ingredients, the secret will be passed to a carefully selected company executive.
