Australian farmers are on track to produce a second consecutive bumper winter grain crop despite the mice plague eating out paddocks just seeded in parts of NSW, according to Rabobank.
The agribusiness banking specialist is forecasting an increase in grain planting around Australia driven by favourable seasonal conditions and strong commodity prices it sees lasting well into next year.
