A young boy is in a critical condition after he was struck by a car on a private property at Lobethal on Monday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to an address at Lobethal around 4.30pm after reports of an incident.
7NEWS reported the boy was in a critical condition.
A rescue helicopter, with MedStar on board, is expected to fly the boy to Adelaide.
