The court previously heard Ms Morris invited the two complainants over to her Tranmere house in November 2021.

It was previously alleged that the women allegedly had their hands bound behind their backs and their mouths covered with duct tape.

It was alleged Mr Czubak presented a firearm and a knife and threatened to shoot the couple, before punching one of the women to the face.

The women were allegedly forced to hand over their keys, wallets and phones, with the group demanding money from them.

In July, a prosecutor tendered no evidence against the group and they walked free from court.
