A Port Noarlunga business has been targeted by arsonists who tried to start a fire using molotov cocktails and flares.
About 3.50am on Wednesday, police and firefighters were called to a restaurant on Fleet St after reports a molotov cocktail had been thrown at the front door.
A flare was also found, which was used to try to start a fire.
Fire crews were able to extinguish the flames before any major damaged was caused.
It follows a separate incident at Angle Vale on Sunday night where molotov cocktails were thrown at a home.
About 11.15pm, police were called to Edmonds Rd after reports three Molotov cocktails were thrown at the home.
None of the bottles took hold and only minor damage was caused to the property.
The suspects also damaged a roller shutter and a car which was parked out in the street outside the home.
It was believed the suspects left in two vehicles.
That incident did not appear to be random.
